The Amazon rainforest is one of the world’s most fragile and environmentally diverse ecosystems. Traditional healers hold the key to a natural, sustainable way of life. We believe this is worth protecting.

It was a difficult journey on many levels, everything is changing so fast these days. Young Shuar are loosing their culture at a rapid pace, many only speak Spanish now and have not been taught the customs of their people.
